Spectec make the SDG-812 SD Bluetooth GPS receiver and the SDG-813 miniSD Bluetooth GPS receiver. Both have a built-in microSD card slot. The units are equipped with the most recent 20 channel ultra high sensitive (excellent low signal level reception) SiRF StarIII GPS chipsets.
